API in figures

Since the launch of its activities in March 2010, a number of investors have been facilitated to access the IPA services and incentives, pursuant to the Investment Code. So far, IPA has registered 5000 companies, among which 436 have applied for incentives in line with the investment Code.

About 68 % out of the 436 have obtained the certificate of eligibility to the incentives and 32 % of the companies which had applied did not qualify for the grant of the incentives. Reasons for not qualifying include: Some investors withdrew their application files, others could not implement their investment projects, other files were still under process.
